The latter of two portraits of John & Catherine discovered in the Hoffman family album by a volunteer at the Wayne County Historical Society.
The Hoffmans lived in Jeromesville, OH and the Frys attended Trinity Lutheran Church in Jeromesville, so it is likely that they met that way.
