Thomas, Michael Alvin, of West Palm Beach, died April 6, 2003. Memorial service 3 p.m. Friday at Sheldon Rd. Baptist Church, 7208 Sheldon Rd., Tampa, Fla. Survived by parents, Lesley and Lucille Thomas; sister and spouse, Linda and Jerry Bond; brothere, Charles Thomas; nephew, Christopher Bond; neice and spouse, Christina and John Boatwright.
