Mrs. May Fry Dies Saturday NightMrs. May Sisson Fry, of Nankin R.D. 1 died at midnight on Saturday at her home. She had been ill with a dropsical condition. Mrs. Fry, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Sisson, was born on January 23, 1877, in Ashland county. She was a life long resident of the county. Her marriage to George B. Fry took place on January 7, 1896. Survivors are her husband, George B. Fry, five daughters, Mrs. Charles Haun of Elyria, Mrs. Oscar Markel of Wellington, Mrs. Lee Markel of Nankin, Mrs. Charles Hyde of Cleveland and Mrs. Victor Pence of Nankin; three sons, Don of Nova, Mont of Nankin and Clifford at home; 24 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; two brothers, James Sisson of Ashland and George Sisson of Adario; a sister, Mrs. Anna Franks of Red Haw and a half brother, L. D. Sisson of Barberton. A daughter and two sons preceded her in death. The body will be removed to the Heyl Funeral Home at noon Tuesday. Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Heyl Funeral home by Rev. J.H. Armstrong. Burial will be made in Ashland cemetery. Source: unknown.
