George B. Fry Dies at Age 73

George Benton Fry, 73, died early this morning at his home north of Nankin following a brief illness. Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed, pending the arrival of a grandson now enroute home.

Born Dec. 10, 1872, the deceased was preceded in death by his father, Franklin Fry, two sons, one daughter, and his wife.

Survivors include three sons, Don Fry, Sullivan, Mont Fry, Greenwich, Clifford Fry, Girard, five daughters, Mrs. Charles Haun, Elyria, Mrs. Oscar Markel, Wellington, Mrs. Lee Markel, Ashland, Mrs. Evelyn Hyde, Cleveland, Mrs. Jim Pence, Ashland, two brothers, W.D. Fry and J.E. Fry, Ashland, three sisters, Mrs. Della Baker, Ashland, Mrs. Hub Young, Jeromesville, Mrs. Charles Kosht, Canton, 31 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Heyl's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 4 until 9 p.m.
